A couple days ago I bought a ginormous bag of Tootsie Rolls.
The bag contains about 400 and I've eaten probably 360 in the past two days.
For the most part I felt fine until I tried to work out some in my room.
After a decent amount of pull-ups, push ups, crunches and other ab exercises I feel really sick.
I know it was stupid to eat that many, but I just got on a roll (no pun intended) and kept at it without really noticing. All of a sudden I look up and there are wrappers all over my room.
What is the best course of action to take from here?
What should I eat/do to get my body back to normal?
