...what your talking about? Okay, so today was Christmas Eve!!! Merry Christmas/ Happy Holidays everyone! 
But anyways,
I want to know if I ate too much today for my diet?
Since it's the holidays, the gym is closed, otherwise I would have went early this morning...
This is what I ate...
(woke up late)
230/3 pm- 2 pieces of 45 calorie bread, lettuce, tomato & low sodium turkey and a small bowl of Progresso Weight Watchers Soup.
730pm- Went to Black Angus with Fam, and ate 2 pieces of the Rye/Molasses bread they serve, also had a kids meal: (4 oz steak with a baked potatoe) and also had 2 small pieces of my mom's slice of Red Velvet Cake (I just wanted a taste...comon it's Christmas!!)
11- I was hungry, so I cut myself a pear and ate it. Then I was still hungry and had 2 Starbucks Biscottis (100 cals each)
Do you think I ruin my diet?...
