I'm trying to eat healthy, but today...I don't think I did. I woke up at 12 and had a turkey and cheese sandwich on wheat bread with a banana, then for dinner made a hamburger(no spices or anything) on wheat bread with a piece of cheese, then I had a few tater tots(140 calories) later I had a boiled egg and a bag of 100 calorie popcorn, I feel like I way over ate today
