Did I eat right today?

breakfast: oatmeal and yogurt

lunch: 2 granola bars and a chicken ceaser salad wrap

snack: peanut butter on crackers and some raisins

Dinner: havent gotten there yet...

i will prob have a bowl of pasta and 2 pieces of pizza.

i had aboout 4 glasses of water already and will prob finish with about 7-8

for exercise, i ran for 10 minutes and had lacrosse practice
is this a good calorie-intake/outake ratio? what can i improve on? what foods should i stay away from/ eat more of?

please help!

o and i will porbably also have a banana and some oatmeal again for desert
