Did I eat healthy today?

one small piece of watermelon and a bowl of oat meal
bowl of lettuce and cucumber
slice of fish, 1 potato and 2 sweet potatoes
1 apple and a pack of fresh nuts (small)
1 mango
1 scoop of whey protein and skim milk

I ate all these meals 3 hours apart and I feel good. I also exercised for about 20 mins vigorously. I started dieting about 4 days ago.
