Q QTpie New member Sep 22, 2009 #2 So far today I have had: 2 pieces of wheat toast with peanut butter Banana fat free yogurt one scrambled egg with cheese apple I am thinking about making chicken for dinner...just baked chicken and maybe some carrots. Is this a healthy balance of food?
