he keeps in touch often, granted it is text and chat and a few phone calls, he also wanted to meet up but i didnt at the time, so why would an ex keep this contact going on? esp when we are an hour and a half away? he has also suddenly said sorry and regrets hurting me and is full of good things to say about me...its been 6 months since the breakup...(and we broke up because he couldnt fully commit due to distance) ....so since he said sorry i just kinda went defensive and said ur loss and ur choice and that he it was his mistake and i useto care and question why he couldnt love me but now im over it....all he could say was he agrees its his mistake and that he is sorry....was that okay? I feel as if love fights and sorries are nothing if he really wants me..agree?
