Did I do okay for eating today?

Breakfast- one cup Multi grain cheerios, 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk (altogether 150 calories)

Lunch-sandwich with one slice of cheddar on wheat, a bit of mustard, and light string cheese(270+70+150=490 so far)

Dinner- Morning star griller with a bit of mustard(170)

And I had a bottle of diet snapple peach tea with breakfast, and a bit of diet soda with dinner, and a 2 bottles(4-5 cups) of water, and I'm planning on drinking some more water.

PE for an hour. Ran ten laps in the gym, 20 crunches, 15 pushups, warm up, square dancing.

Softball for an hour and like 50 minutes- ran up for the ball, dove for the ball, caught the ball, batted, then sprinted from 1st to third. Oh ran the poles two times.

So how did I do? i'm trying to lose weight a bit and tone up. I'm 146-147(in the morning)lbs, 5'7" tall, and hope to be 130-135lbs, maybe 125 by the time I stop my diet just in case I gain some of it back (:

I've been doing this for a while now(just watching what I eat and trying to leave behind sweets and fattening things) and I've lost a bit of weight. I used to be 153lbs! (: So this is improvement, but idk what else I should get. DO you think I need more protein? Because there's a morning star chicken patty in the fridge that's only 140 calories that I could squeeze in before bed...even though I"m not that hungry....at all lol
