We're college students with similar interests and same major. Class is only once a week. After a month I finally decided to talk to her. I walked up to her during a break in class and asked if she turned her homework in. I didn't know what else to say. She said yes then I asked if she was creative with it, if she did anything fancy with it and what she did. She gladly explained it to me. It was a little awkward first since I kept asking questions. Then I brought my assignment to her and I sat next to her and we both looked at it.

We both had a couple of laughs, she said the art in my homework was cute and I explained the story of my homework. She gave me some tips too. Then she said I could look at hers. I asked for her name, she gave it to me and I told her mines. Then we both looked at hers (I complimented her homework twice). For some reason she didn't want me to remove the paper clip but when I heard it it was too late. Then as I put it back together, I was going to put it in the homework folder in the front of the class but she said she would do it.

Lastly, after class was over, I walked past her, and with a smile I said goodbye. She just looked at me with a smile. I was nervous the whole time and I felt disappointed I could've done better. Granted I'm somewhat shy and she's soft spoken. What should I do from now on? I want to take things slowly of course. I want to make progress. And how did I do? Somehow I feel like I did bad. What do I do now that I've talked to her?
