Yes, but they were all different shapes back then.
With tight clothing the women wore. Corsettes etc, making them tight and firm, rather than these days, where women have lose clothing, and the boobs start to sag.

Outside the USA, we are all culturally use to seeing breasts and nudity. Women in mine and many countries go topless all the time. Growing up and seeing our mothers, grandmothers, aunts and other women topless, even topless women on TV.
Nobody cares or stares if a woman wants to go topless, just like us guys do, being were all used to it. It would have been the same in ancient and medieval times, unlike in the United States. Where all of you are raised in your society, Puritan and Calvinists minded about nudity.
Even television in your country still digitizes nudity, and made a big deal about Janet Jackson showing a breast,and still does.

Probably yes, because large breasts represent fertility. And instinctively, men want to have sex with women who seem more fertile and can be more likely to pass on genes.
