Did Captain America ever drive a Chevy? If so please post where I can find it...

Mostly in the comic books he drives a motorcycle, I think. Perhaps in the old WWII comics he drove Jeeps and other military vehicles.

I've been reading Capt. America comics since 1983 and I don't recall seeing him drive many cars. As an Avenger he's frequently seen flying a Quinjet (a type of plane) but not too many cars.

There's a famous 1971 Chevrolet Corvette model nicknamed "Captain America", maybe that's the connection?
 
...and a photo if possible PLEASE!? My husband says in one of he comics he did...but my speech teacher being the ford loving captain america loving chevy hating man that he is refuses to believe this...please help me prove him wrong...
