my phone broke the same day i paid my bills. I asked for them to repair it. they told me they dont repair phones. what they did they cancel my plans and keep my 50 dollars . I asked for a refund of my money or to make my plan continue. cause I dont want to pay a month i didnt use my phone they say no. they keep my money and told me i have to pay that month again. in other word i have to pay for that month twice to make my phone work again... don t use boost mobile better use criket
