Did Bell forget to charge me the cancellation fee?

I live in Ontario and was recently a customer with Bell. I had two cell phone contracts with them that I cancelled at the same time. The phones were to be cancelled Feb 12, and I was to be charged a cancellation fee. It's the 16th now and no mention of the fee. I even contacted their account receivable department and was informed I owed nothing. I'm not sure where to go from here.
