It is good....there are very few cases of potheads driving while stoned and crashing into and killing a family of 4.

Boozers on the other hand murder thousands of people every year....

We live in a country where a drunken idiot who kills a family of four in a drunken driving accident spend less time in jail than a guy who merely sold an ounce of pot. Talk about having our priorities all screwed up.
 
well, mr. grass, i can only think this is a step in the right direction.

i believe marijuana should be legalized.
 
the statement was that the DEA would no longer make raids,for medical pot,And the laws and enforcement for medical pot would be states rights,This has nothing to do with illegal marijuana.
 
Other than smuggling across state lines, the Feds don't get too involved anyways (unless someone rubs their nose in it).

I do expect the 'war on drugs' to change soon.
 
feds will no longer prosecute? or enforce federal laws concerning pot and leave it up to the states? Is this a good or a bad thing in your opinion and why?
