feds will no longer prosecute? or enforce federal laws concerning pot and leave it up to the states? Is this a good or a bad thing in your opinion and why?
 
the statement was that the DEA would no longer make raids,for medical pot,And the laws and enforcement for medical pot would be states rights,This has nothing to do with illegal marijuana.
 
left it up to state..finally. makes sense. why it is illegal and booze is still legal and accepted is beyond me.
