Did aol.com steal an article from Yahoo!?

They are on the exact same topic and they are exactly the same. Is there a reason or is it plagiarism?
They are both by the same author but that is the only reason I see why.

If you look carefully, the story first appeared in "Live Science" and then was "picked up" and reprinted by both Yahoo and AOL news. Since Live Science supplies articles as "news releases" to both Yahoo and AOL with the intent of getting the word out (and furthering Live Sciences' impact) it's not a case of plagiarism at all.
 
No, yahoo, aol and msn all get their news content from the same place. They have the same author ofcourse, because the same person would have written the same articles.
