did anyone get scammed by www.jewelglow.com before?

i purchased two earrings for my girlfriend on april 13,2008 and up to now i haven't received it.i contacted them through emails and left a message on their phone but no reply.i reported this issue to visa and now they are investigating.
beware of them their phone number just take message and they dont response to their email.
