Did Anyone Enjoy 'Monsoon Wedding'?

I saw 'Monsoon Wedding' last night on a freeview channel - what a stunning, colourful, brilliant film! Did anyone else see it/enjoy it? I almost defy anyone not to like something about it. I've seen Bollywood films before but I get a bit tired of too much dancing. Nothing to do with them being Indian films, I'm just not keen on musicals much anyway. But this was just wonderful. Does anyone know of any similar films? I've seen a few that were aired last year on C4, but to my shame I can't remember the titles.
 
Not seen it yet, your best bet for something like that is Film Four, assuming that wasn't where you saw it. Western style Bollywood films (ie non over the top dancing stuff) aren't so common at the moment but are starting to appear in greater numbers now that they are noticing a market for it.
 
If you liked that you will also enjoy "Bride and Prejudice". This is a film about a wedding as well. You wouln't bellieve some of the set pieces where they dance. It's a real feel good movie and stunning to watch.
