I went outside my dad said woah, can u see that halo of light around the moon? I was looking up close to the moons surface, for something that happens on a harvest moon... Only when i focused way out did i notice the giant black circle around it, with a halo around that. Compared to the size of the moon it was about 100X larger. If the moon was pea sized when looking, this this was garbage can lid sized (in reference). Anyone know wtf this is or did anyone else see this? I know theres a lunar eclipse on MON. but im not sure if this is normal.
