I just started today. I feel like i've eaten waaaaay to much fruit!
I'll list:
Breakfast: 1 pear. 1 apple (we have super tiny apples.)
Morning tea: 2 tiny apples
Lunch: 2 tiny apples, 1 large orange
Dinner: 2 slices of pineapple. 1 tiny apple.
Snack: 1 tiny apple.
Drinks: Lotsa water and two cups of green tea.
Just typing this, I notice i've eaten many apples!! Did anyone else eat this much?
