Perhaps, but what allowed it to happen was the lazy cowards citizens have become. They just sat there until it was too late. They tolerated it assuming they would just go for a ride to a foreign country.The people on the flight over Pennsylvania (93?), finally did the right thing, but too late. That won't ever happen again for a very long time. Any more such attempts will have the passengers immediately stomp the hijackers into a bloody pile of mush.
