Any ideas what it might be?

Diamond shape rash
On back
Isn't raised
Doesn't itch
Been there 24 hrs

Looks like i sat up against a metal chair with a diamond patterned back
 
Any joy with the diagnosis of this rash? I too have a rash just as you have described? It is so bizarre - diamond shaped made up of smaller diamonds - even spaces between each?
