DHCP Enabling problem while using Nokia siemens(BSNL Network) wifi modem in windows 7 OS.How to fix it?

I am using HP630 Laptop with windows 7 OS homebasic. I had DHCP enabling problem every time when I switch OFF and ON. I have to run trouble shooter to fix the problem every time.
