alright during dexter season 4 premiere, at the end of the episode dexter crashes from falling asleep at the wheel, the only thing is that the car he crashes in is not his car! At the beginning of season 3 dexter gets a blue ford escape. after giving reda the mini van from season two. Also during the opening episode of season 4 it shows dexter switch between that blue ford escape and the other small silver suv (which he crashes in). plus after the crash, the second episode of season four shows dexter taking a cab to work and getting a rental car ( silver dodge avenger) so if he owns a blue ford escape why is he driving the dodge avenger or does he own 3 cars ( the blue ford escape,mini van , and silver small suv mystery car) I know tv shows and movies make mistakes but if there is a legitimate answer I would appreciate the help to understand this inconstancy.
