I personally loved the film. It was extremely brutal though, depenRAB if you can stomach strong violence.

You can pick it up real cheap now. If you like it, you might also want to check out it's prequel 'House of a 1000 Corpses'.
 
Saw it for the first time late,Friday night.

Thought it was at times gripping,liked the retro 70's edge,the host of B movie actors and dialogue.
But it was just violence for the sake of it with not much storyline.
 
Same here. Loved the first film - House of 1000 Corpses. This one was very, very disappointing to be honest though. The first one was cleverer, weirder, funnier, but Devil's Rejects was just...nasty. There's a lot of inferred sexual violence, which to me was just incredibly unnecessary and really horrible. I liked the premise - bad guys on the run after the events of the first film. I liked the sound of a nasty road trip movie, but in reality it didn't feel so much of a road trip than a pop down the road with some real ugliness on the way. You didn't get the feeling that they'd done any kind of travelling.

In the first film I loved the atmosphere and the characters. It was all so trippy and mental, but was still chilling nonetheless. But for me the sequel was just nasty for the sake of it. There's some good performances I suppose from the killers, but otherwise I didn't enjoy it half as much as the first.
 
Don't waste your money buying it... absolutely crap. His next one, the remake of Halloween, was also terrible. So will not be rushing to see his next one.

I did like House of 1000 Corpses though, nothing special but had its moments.
 
It was on ITV4 last night and I watched it, only because I'm a horror movie fan. I thought it was OK, I've seen worse horror films. I wouldn't buy it on DVD, though.

Very gory. Just "one for the memory" for me, wouldn't spend my money on it.
 
I absolutely, 100% HATED this film. I'm a horror fan but I find Rob Zombie's still far too gratuitous, the violence is sickening. I think his Halloween remake is quite good though.
 
Watching it at the weekend I thought 'why am I watching film that's homaging the horror flicks of the 70s like the Hills Have Eyes and features actors from them when I could be watching the originals?' Actually the remake of Hills Have Eyes was twice as entertaining and better made than this.
A masterclass in interminable horror fanboy filmaking
