Device Stage doesn't work with my Sony Ericsson Elm smart phone?

When I connect my phone to the computer using a USB cable the auto play menu appears and there's no option for device stage. Further to say there's no option for device stage in Devices and Printers also.

But when I visited the windows 7 compatibility center they say that my phone(Sony Ericsson Elm) is compatible wth device stage.
