How do you determine the mass of a black hole (in this case SO-2)

Given the orbit=14.5years
d=26,000Ly

How do we go about determining the mass of the focal point?
e need the radius from the start to the black hole from what I understand... then we just solve for V=2pir/t

then m=rv^2/G

But how do we find the radius???
more details.....Dellta DEC from dynamical center =+/- .1 arsec

Delta RA from dynamical center = +/-.1 arcsec
Im assuming T=14.5 years (orbit for SO-2)

How do you calculate R? When all we know is the DEC and RA info?

If you know the distance d to the hole, and the Deltas of RA and DEC as +/-.1arcsec, trigonometry will give you the radius.
