An object forms an inverted image on the opposite side of a convex lens, as in many cameras. Scientists discovered the relationship (1/u) + (1/v) = (1/f) where u is the distance from the object to the lens, v, is the distance from the lens to the image and, f, is the focal length of the lens being used. Determine the distance v, between the lens and the image if the distance, u, to the object is 300 mm and the lens has a focal length, f, of 50 mm. Please show all your work
