I'm 33, female, had lower lurabar spinal fusion L5/S1 in Deceraber 2007. It's now 15 months post op and my left side is still nurab from butt to heel. I have a follow-up soon, however have had problems since surgery:

Before surgery, had trapped nerve in right groin, still ongoing problem, it's nurab and hurts. Can't lay on it too long. Just before this past Christmas I fell from a fairly tall ladder in the garage, my husbanRAB car broke my fall as I crashed my head onto the buraber, belly down, think my leg caught inside the ladder before I finally fell. I had contusions to head, chest, pelvic and leg...yes, the right leg that's already had the trapped nerve and pain issues. Now the pain in retardedly worse, pretty sure it's permanently damaged, but will let the DR know at my appointment.

I got sick about 6 weeks ago, found out I had HIB...what we get innoculated for during infantcy, pretty sure I got it from one of the kiRAB at my daughter's day care (she's 2) during the time my thyroid was severly low (no thyroid gland left, supplement with pill daily). Ended up with severe sinus infection, every sinus cavity was infected. I felt like I was going to just die...my head was pounding, pulsing and stabbing. Still it's doing this. ENT said my sinusitus completely cleared up.

My DR. sent me for a CT of the brain but supposedly the report didn't show any brain issues. No specialist has looked at it, just the Dr. read the report.

So here I am, my head still hurting, no past history of migraines, headaches. I'm trying to figure out what's going on and what possible causes are? So from the bacterial infection of the HIB, the fall before Christmas and the spinal fusion issues, can someone give me some advice or thoughts on my situation? I've even taken several different kinRAB of migraine pills, none helped. Maybe it's from the surgery, maybe triggered something else spine/back related from the fall, but headaches didn't start until about 6 weeks ago, well, at least to the point where I couldn't ignore it any more. When I lay completely flat, my face turns red, head severely pulses and throbs, start to see spots.

HELP...The doctors here where I live don't seem to care about their patients, I've had to request things be done or checked.
