Desperately need help removing Trojan virus from computer!?

Norton Antivirus, Ad-Aware, Spybot, and Spyware blaster all detect a virus named Trojan.Brisv.A!inf on my computer, but none of them can remove it. I've tried downloading a removal tool for the virus from the Norton Website (Norton says it needs manual removal), but it hasn't fixed the problem. Nor has turning off system restore and scanning in safe mode (Safe mode freezes when I do so!!!). What can I do to rid this from my pc once and for all?? Any help is very much appreciated.
