I am looking for an inexpensive desktop solution ( $0 to $500 ) that focuses on managing and creating an online magazine or news site with publishing functions. I am aware of solutions like IJoomla extensions, presspublisher.com, drupal, and design products like adobe. However, I would prefer a desktop solution that focuses specifically on creating a virtual magazine or news site ( like CNN ). If I can't find it, I am open to considering solutions I have posted above. Thank you all for your time.
