I see what you are saying -- that you want it too look like what you have on the pda. I've wanted that as welll and on half sheets to fit in a small ring binder; So far no joy.
First of all let me say due to the range of new to older pdas I'm using one of the slightly older desktops, which seems to run the range from T5- down to m130.
Having said that-- here is the options from when I hit print

Here is my work around-- use print screen to capture it-- it's kinda not great, since it won't show all items if you have many for a day, but it will give you the blocks of time.
I'm wondering if the agendus software has a better print manager. I'll look it up when I get a chance.
With the agendus software you do get printing defaulted to current view of the item. I really like the trial version of this software, but to get the feature you need to purchase.
