Yes, I gave up eating meat about four months ago, I love the new feeling of how I have more energy than before and just feel better about life. I would like to believe that I am a vegetarian, but most don't consider me to be. I eat fish, to most is considered a type of meat; as a source of my protein. I know being a vegetarian you eventually lose weight, not saying that all vegetarians will be slim and lean, I know that is not true. But can you give me tips/websites to help me better myself in my being a vegeterian walk. I've done research on it, before I switched over to educate myself, but I would love to learn more. If you able to help I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
