Inner being processes, understanding them, and mastering them. Not an expert, but I am aware of the how. Already have attempted higher levels, most times succeeded some times I didn't try hard enough. I wish to learn more in a disciplined manner. Emotion regulation, self-communication, telepathy, etc. Seeking clairvoyant partner(s).

I go somewhere alone (outdoors or a room) where I feel comfortable and free, preferably in silence. Standing or sitting I am in an upright position facing upward, and I begin to breathe deeply and rhythmically. Stop thinking, even in the back of mind there is silence. Such an environment and positioning of body allows the air and energy flow to be freer; passages (nasal, cardiovascular, etc) inside the body open more and the body becomes relaxed. The more time I give this practice the easier it becomes and the better I feel.
Eventually I reach a dream-like state, I remain focused and wide awake at the same time. My mental processing becomes more rapid, fluid, and clear even without voice of mind.
What comes next is what makes it fun because once you're there (within a few minutes of tuning in) you just sit there and listen and feel and see. You will easily know yourself in a better or different manner, more clearly, and more truly. In specific, you will show yourself
