im trying to develop a mobile phone game application for a traditional African board game. i do not wan to do this using in java but after reading a few PDFs here and there i realized i could use Adobe Flash. i have a few questions well a lot of questions since i am new to mobile phone app development, Adobe Flash but have a beginners idea of programming in general.
1. can i use adobe flash professional to do it and if yes which version (i have the full Adobe CS5 suite)
2. what can i use to manage my database, i.e, scores, high scores, number of rounds played.
3. what can i use to save and manage saved games to undo a move and to restart a game that was not finished but saved.
4. where can i get any available PDFs to help me with what i am doing.
this app can be downloaded online but the playing of the game will not be connected to any server
