Designing a Hoffman bike petal in Autodesk Inventor?

I need idea's on how to approach this. It's proven difficult to me.
I'm a 2nd year student in a tech school and needless to say our teacher is a joke so no help from him.
Looking for a reference image right now

I don't need dimensions just like, a few steps like which side to start the sketches. What order each move would be best to do first

Any ideas would be great :)
