Alright, I am in the process of designing a game. I'll give some background on the setting for you, so you can help me. Essentially, you're in a pioneer-type vehicle (set far in the future) in an alternate dimension in which the world is an infinite plane. You will be able to clear trees, establish colonies, and fight. Part of the game will include procedurally generated missions (already conceptualized, just need to type it up). However, this is where I need your design ideas, dear brain stormers. I need ideas for mission types. Be general, specific, or both. As long as you contribute something. Here are my current types:
Kill missions (Kill (a) certain target(s) at a certain location)
Courier missions (Deliver (a) certain item(s) from one location to another location)
Mining (Gather resources and bring them back to a certain location)
Colonize (Establish a colony)
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated. Arbitrary points are awarded by how good each suggestion is. Whoever has the most of these points receives the Best Answer. A bunch of decent suggestions could win, or one REALLY good suggestion could win. It depends. You don't have much time. Go!
