So, last friday, I went to a dermatologist, and he checked on my acne, which I don't think is that bad. However, he prescribed me Minocycline 100MG Capsules, a Clindamycin/benz per 1/5% Gel 50GM, and a tretinoin 0.05% Cream 45GM (my mom didn't get the tretinoin 0.05% cream because our insurance didn't cover it, so I'm going to continue using the tretinoin 0.025% cream that I've been using. So, the thing is my mother told me the pharmacist said to take a Minocycline capsule every 12 hours, 1 hour before I eat, or two hours after, is that correct? Also, are the rules that strict on when to take the capsule? Are there any sides effects like during school I might feel? I'm kind of worried.
Next, for the Clindamycin/benz per 1/5% Gel 50GM, I'm supposed to apply it to my face every morning.. I have school and I'm afraid it'd make my skin peel or it'd show on my skin at school.. Will that happen? Please give me all the info you know. Thanks.
For the tretinoin 0.025% cream, I've been applying right before bedtime for the last 6 months, I'm not sure if there's any improvement in my acne, but that's what I've been doing. Should I be applying that cream a certain amount of hours before bedtime? Or right before bedtime?

Also, I take some over-the-counter allergy medicine (dipenhydramine HCl, 25mg antihistamine) every night before I sleep. I have some pretty bad runny noses and morning allergies. Can I take it with my capsules? Also, I just planned to take a capsule at 9:30 AM at school, 2 hours after breakfast, and another capsule at 6:30 PM, 1 hour before dinner. It's not 12 hours, but it's 9.. I can't find another way to take the capsules, cause I drink a cup of milk before I sleep at night too. And it says don't mix dairy products with the medicine. Also, what are the effects if I took dairy products with the capsules? Thanks so much.
I live in San Francisco by the way, so I don't think the sunlight affect will be that harsh on my skin. Also, do the pills damage my liver in the long run?

I think I'm going to start applying the gel this weekend, to see how it goes. Then if all goes well, I'll apply it during weekdays before school.
