derm-a-gel for closed comedones

Hi, my daughter has a problem with clogged pores. I think is is called closed comedones or non inflamed acne. It is real bad around her mouth and chin. She has some clusters on each jawline. She did have some on her temples but those seem to have subsided. She started using derm-a-gel by vivant about 6 days ago. Has anyone else used this product? If so can you tell me your experince. Did it work on your cogged pores? Did you have a very bad purging time?
