Derealisation - Zoloft, citalopram, anything else?

I suffer from derealisation, its got better after I had my inital anxiety attacks last year, but I am not sure if it is a side effect to the zoloft i took for 3 months after which left me feeling so spaced out, or whether its just an effect of the anxiety attack itself. anyway, I know what it is, I have accepted it and I function well, going to work I do things I used to I exercise and try not to drink caffeine etc, but I still feel emotionally stunted and like I can get out of this bubble. I ahve tried vitamins, B tables, magnesium, nothing seems to be helping. I get married in 6 weeks and I really wanted to feel like my old self, I am considering going back on some kind of AD's, does anyone know anything else thats helped with their derealisation besides zoloft of citalopram? I dont need large doses of things and Im not depresssed I just want to get passed this last hurdle.

Thanks
Thank you for your suggestion, I heard good things about Sublingual B complex, I think I might give that a try? also, verlarian like you suggested might be worth it, better to go down the herbal route first and make sure Ive tried all possible natural remedies.
Thank you
