Okay, I found this china set by Harker Pottery Company. Its a beige color all around then its has yellow, red, purple and blue flower designs on it. It looks like rose vines almost. I just don't know type of flowers that are. On the outside rim of the plates bowls and tea cups as a red line.....Hope this helps. I am trying to sell them and I need to see how much they're worth.
