So, I am a 14 year old student, first year in high school. And recently I've been really wondering what I'm going to do with my life. I'd like to be a dentist for many reasons, mainly because of money, and I love teeth. I would also like to be a Guidance Counselor because in the multiple schools I've been too, middle and high (a total of 4) I've noticed they don't really pay much attention to students. And I'd like to change that. If not all around the united states, then in one school, at least. I'm not trying to look for attention, trust me, that's the last thing I want, but I've been extremely depressed since 6th grade, switching schools every year, cutting myself, my parents, even the teachers and guidance counselors known about it, yet they still haven't done anything. Every one just assumes it's for attention, so I keep to myself about it. When/If I become a Guidance Counselor I wish to notice the little signs, and give advice, pay more attention to the students like me. I give great advice, and I've been through a lot so I feel I could communicate better. I didn't really go much into why I wanted to be a dentist, but I could see myself doing/loving both of these jobs! And I wanted someones advice on what to do. What would be best for me, and my future family, money wise. Also, Is there a website that I could find more information on these jobs, as a comparison? Like listing the amount of school I would need, salaries, etc. Thank you!
Sorry for all the misspelling and grammar mistakes, It's 1:22 am, and I'm super tired!
