from the repaid tarp funds from banks instead of the unspent money from the economic stimulus bill...why?

If Obama wants to help small business, big business, any business, he needs to sit down and give them a economic plan they can work with, all he has give them is a threat to bankrupt them either , through Cap and Trade, the Health Care bill or out right taxing them out of business--without a solid concrete plan, he appears as the enemy of business, the enemy of progress and the enemy of prosperity-- I know this my seem a bit extreme , but it's sure accurate**********************************
