Refusing to pay the fine will not be possible. The IRS will force their employers to take it directly out of their pay. If they are unemployed, they will be eligible for the 'public option' at MY expense.
18 to 25 year olds will be required to buy health insurance or else pay a large fine. What happens if they refuse to but the insurance or pay the fine? Will they be jailed? If so, how long?
