Is it abnormal for parents to attempt to control the online posts and youtube content of a 24 year son/daughter who is active and indepedent in the workforce, using the logic that bad behavior can have career consequences? Then try to impose punishments like "don't show your face on youtube or I will not allow you to visit, etc."
