Dell laptop bluetooth work on the internet?

I don't know much about computers all I can tell anyone (cause I don't know what kind of bluetooth I have or how to tell) is that I have cox internet and just installed my bluetooth. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get the internet to work. Also I have a wireless router How can I tell if my computer even has wireless?
