The very first app installed on all of my devices is FileZ. It's freeware and is available at palmgear or handango. Also, you may want to look at Unistall Manager or Clean Unistaller. Both of these apps are shareware and do a very good job of cleaning out "leftovers" that the Palm delete option doesn't.
