Online, in my verizon, you can view what phone numbers were texted to/from and the date/time. But you do need a court order to access actual content- this is standard across all carriers because it violates privacy laws
How difficult is it to retrieve texting records from verizon? I was told that someone I know did that today but I've been reading online that it takes a subpeona to get them. Elsewhere I read that a supervisor might agree to give a printout of the records with a valid reason why I want them. I'd like to call and find out myself but I want to make sure I give them a proper reason in case they ask me.
