I saw the fast and the furious, and really liked the white Jetta. Then, while cruising the internet, i came across the term "ricer". It made me think, because im learning to drive, and the car i want to get eventually is an older (93-97) Jetta. Not to try to become some streetracer, but because i like the shape. I thought it would be fun to add some nice wheels, maybe a cool CD player and steering wheel. Im wondering if this qualifies as a "RIcer". Im not racing, im not spending thousands on a body kit, just one color car with cool wheels.
