Have some minor back pain - found a "lump" - more just a somewhat knotted area, or soft lump, just to the right of, but not apparently adjacent to, my spine. It's slightly painful, especially when I lie on my back, and it's not really noticeable looking at the skin, but pressing I can feel it - it's maybe an inch to 2 inches in width, not really defined, and feels like a knot in the muscle...what could this be?
